  1. In your Canvas course, go to Settings → Import Course Content.
  2. Choose Canvas Course Export Package and upload the file.
  3. Select Import — the quizzes land in your course, unpublished, ready for you to review and publish.

Due dates from my course come along with the export — Canvas lets you shift or strip them during import.
